We are delighted that you have chosen our hotel and hope that you will spend some pleasant days with us.General: The hotel rooms are rented by the day. Check-in requires the presentation of photo ID to a receptionist and the completion of the registration card. The hotel reserves the right to check the credit card balance provided. We would like to point out that third-party copyrights must be observed when using our internet access. In particular, downloads and uploads via so-called file-sharing networks are prohibited, and any violation of these rules will result in claims for damages from our hotel.Reception: Our reception is open 24 hours a day. Our staff are always happy to answer your questions or concerns. Should you have any problems regarding your stay, please feel free to contact a member of our staff at any time. Quiet hours/Safety/Order We ask all guests to behave in such a way that other guests and our neighbors are not disturbed. From 10:00 PM, the volume in all rooms must be kept to a minimum. After 10:00 PM, any noise must be avoided when leaving and returning to our hotel out of consideration for our neighbors and guests. Please also remain quiet in the hallways and stairwells. Drunken guests may be asked to leave the hotel. The Child and Youth Protection Act applies to all rooms and outdoor areas. Persons who are not registered in our booking system and are brought into our hotel by guests are only permitted entry after prior notification at reception. Our hotel may refuse entry to such persons in individual cases. Certain areas of our hotel are under video surveillance and marked accordingly. The data protection regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act apply. Guests can always request information about the type, extent, and duration of video recordings, as well as the purposes for which they are recorded, from reception or hotel management. Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. The hotel assumes no liability if a fire alarm is triggered due to unauthorized smoking, or if smoke detectors are deliberately tampered with. The resulting costs for the deployment of the fire department or other security services must be paid directly on site. If guests are found smoking in their rooms, our hotel will charge them a special cleaning fee of €150. Furthermore, we will invoice you for the loss of rental income for at least three days (excluding breakfast). Bringing illegal drugs or weapons is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate banishment from the hotel. In this case, the relevant authorities will also be notified. Rooms: Our rooms are available from 3:00 PM onwards, or earlier upon request. On the day of your departure, the room must be completely vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. During your stay at the hotel, we ask you to behave in an environmentally friendly manner, especially when using water and electricity. Hotel staff are authorized to enter the hotel room for cleaning, repair work, and similar purposes during the guest's stay. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the room to avoid damage caused by severe weather. For safety reasons, leaning out of windows is not permitted. Windows may only be opened to ventilate the room. Please keep doors and windows closed when using the heating. Turn off the TV and lights when leaving the room. Guests are not permitted to use any electrical appliances they may bring with them, with the exception of hairdryers and electric razors. This applies in particular to kettles, immersion heaters, hotplates, irons, and similar items. Damage, soiling, and loss of keys: All furnishings in your room or in the hotel building may be used as intended. Please treat all furnishings and inventory with care. You agree to treat the room with care and ensure that other travelers adhere to these rules. In the event of damage or soiling of the building or inventory, or in the event of loss of the key, the person responsible must compensate for the damage. The price of the hotel key is €180. Compensation must be paid immediately (for groups, accompanying persons, if necessary on behalf of the organizer, must pay in advance). Theft and intentional damage to property will be reported immediately. Damage discovered by our staff after departure will be considered property damage and dealt with accordingly. The person responsible will be charged for the damage. Pets: Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Pets are not allowed in the breakfast room. Valuables/Luggage: We would like to point out that we cannot accept liability for luggage and valuables. The hotel expressly assumes no liability for the loss of valuables (especially jewelry and cash). The safekeeping of coats, musical instruments, technical equipment brought with them, and similar items is also the sole responsibility of the guest. Access by third parties or the transfer of hotel rooms to third parties by guests is only permitted with the written consent of the hotel. Termination by the hotel: The hotel is entitled to terminate accommodation contracts (even after occupancy of the room(s)) with immediate effect and, in exercising its house rules, to expel the guest or group of guests from the hotel if the guest or group of guests damages the reputation, security, or image of the hotel, is suspected of committing criminal offenses, or harasses, repeatedly disturbs, or endangers other guests, residents, passersby, or neighbors. In particular, repeated violations by the guest or group of guests of provisions in the hotel's general terms and conditions or the house rules, as well as damage, soiling, or theft of hotel property, entitle the hotel to immediate termination. This also applies if the guest uses the hotel room for a purpose other than that agreed upon. In these cases, the guest may be liable for damages and payment for accommodation already used, as well as for accommodation not yet used, in accordance with the cancellation policy. Departure: We ask our guests to vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest. We thank you for your attention and for observing our house rules.
